Food Items:
Due to hygiene and the consumable nature of our products, food items are non-returnable

Non-Food Items:
Non-food items are eligible for a free replacement within 10 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. To ensure a successful return pickup, please keep the item in its original condition. Gramiyum covers the courier cost for returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We may contact you to verify the issue before processing a refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us at 8341132180 or email us at sales@thehoa.store with your order number and contact information. Orders can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation request is received within one business day.

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. If a product is damaged or lost during transit, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For credit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the original card. For payments made through other gateways, refunds will be issued to the same account.
